We would want to inform all our customers that our garment production outfit, BENKOL PRODUCTION is in Dubai. It takes one month to make any wedding gown of your choice, if we don’t have it available in stock. Date of collection for all our female wears is one month after payment. The men’s attires take two weeks to get to your door steps.

JEWELRIES
Due to the risk of stocking such large quantity of gold in Nigeria, a very unsafe place for this, our Dubai outfit holds all the displayed gold in their stock. As you place your order, your gold will be sent to you within one week. And for any enquiry or follow up, call or visit our offline staff at the contact us page.

GUARANTEE
We give two weeks money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the products we delivered to you. But bear in mind that Benkol will do all things to ensure that you are satisfied with our products. Benkol is a company driven by customers’ satisfaction.

We have two modes of payments. Through ‘pay pal’ and bank deposit.

CREDIT CARDS

Pay pal (the most secured credit cards managing companies) manages our ‘clients’ credit cards. If you are shopping with your credit cards, shop via the shopping cart provided at each of the products.

 

 

BANK DEPOSIT Pay by bank is an offline payment option available to Nigeria only. Please follow the steps listed below before proceeding to fill bank payment form. Note: All payments will take a minimum of 24hrs for verification.

Step 2: With a copy of the payment teller in your hand, click on the proceed to bank payment form button below
Step 3:Properly fill the as relevant to the payment teller and click on the submit button below the form
Step 4: Verification and appoval of payment : An e-mail will be sent to the provided email ID alerting you of your payment status.
Step 5: Receive your jewelries in 7days after order. Other items would be sent in a month’s time.
